Situated in the heart of Silicon Valley, this unique dual-brand hotel comprises Tetra, Marriott Autograph Collection and the AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park. The property offers a place to recharge from the world鈥檚 high-tech hub. Reaching eight stories each, the two towers offer a refined and contemporary architectural design. A simply sophisticated palette of materials鈥攃oncrete, plaster, galvanized and painted metal accents trace the building forms and layer the building massing.

A memorable guest arrival plaza sets the stage: a series of faceted and sinuous sculptural elements of weathered steel create a sense of topography and intrigue, emerging from, slicing into, and fanning outward from the buildings鈥� facades. Extensive glazing wraps the buildings鈥� podiums, injecting daylight and activating the public spaces along the street frontages.

Bridging Brands

The two hotel鈥檚 distinct identities come together in a central breezeway branded the Nexus: an indoor-outdoor social garden. Boasting public art, intimate seating enclaves, firepits, an elevated, heated outdoor pool with lush landscaping, and popup experiential installations, the Nexus is a multi-story shared amenity with spaces for guests and the neighboring community.
